(More customer reviews)I purchased this hose winder based on the reviews. I installed it four months ago. It has had very little use yet the bracket that holds the winder on the post that goes into the ground broke. The set screw will on longer hold these two pieces together. I contacted the manufacturer using the customer service form on their website over a week ago and have heard nothing. I had high hopes for this product and as such was willing to pay more for a hose winder than I had anticipated, but I am very disappointed in the product.
