(More customer reviews)After seeing every semi-automated hose reel break before even a year of ownership, I'm officially done with them. The crank breaks or the hose guide breaks or the plastic connector warps ... before you know it, you're out another $50 to go through the same thing again a few months later.
A better option is this hose hangout. It's really inexpensive and it simply works. Made of quality plastic, this item looks nice, installs easily, and holds my 70' worth of hose without a problem. Two big thumbs up here.
