(More customer reviews)This product lives up to its billing. The hose is easily dispensed and rolls back up into the box easily. Unlike other hose reels that I have owned, the Hideaway hose does not leak at all even after one year of use. I was so impressed with the first one, I ordered a second one from Amazon.com. It came completly assembled. All you have to do is connect the hose to the faucet.
I would have rated this 5 stars except for the following: a) when reeling the hose in you must make sure it is evenly distributed around the hose reel, otherwise the hose can become jammed. b) durability has yet to be confirmed. There have been no problems after 1 year, but will this hideaway last 5 years?
