(More customer reviews)I love that this doesn't look like a hose reel, but it's poorly designed. We're going to see if we can get our money back. Otherwise we'll just have to chuck it. There's nothing to seal the water connection where it goes into the reel, so more water leaks out of the thing than goes through the hose. It's a piece of junk. Good idea, though. I hope someone else will make a better one.
