(More customer reviews)My husband was hesitate about the hose reel after he hung it, but once we started using it, we realized it was a great purchase. We live near Ft. Worth, TX and use it almost every day - the hose pulls out and reels back in very easy and the hose is so light - even when I pull it out to almost the whole length. We changed the nozzle, which made the hose a little heavier. Our neighbors think it is really neat too.
