(More customer reviews)I like how the Frog looks and hides the hose but it is difficult to wind the hose. It would be nice if it had a guide so the hose would wrap evenly. I snapped the winding knob off the first time I used it but was able to replace. The weight of the 100 foot hose is to much for the knob when it is on the reel and in order to not snap the winding knob off I have to wind the last 10 feet by twisting the reel.
