No internal shelving other than the plastic bottom. The depth is listed as 21-inches, however, please note that the lid is hinged on the back and requires approximately another 3 - 4 inches to swing open behind the box. Therefore, if you have limited space where to place the box, be sure you have at least 2-feet of depth (front-to-back) space available.
