(More customer reviews)After purchasing several cheap plastic hose reels, I thought I'd step up to the "real deal". Only two things on this unit that I can complain about. 1) the pneumatic wheels are total junk and will not hold air and will eventually leak and be useless. I contacted the company to see about replacements. They sent me two "new" wheels that looked almost as crappy as the first set. Tried to air one of them up and it leaked before I could even put it on!! So I'll be sourcing hard tires for it. 2) They should have made the center spool solid with a rolled piece of sheet metal instead of the rungs. When rolling up the hose, the rungs cause the hose to pinch almost completely off, restricting water flow.
