(More customer reviews)Mine is going right back for a refund. It's not worth the money. The unit leaked profusely from the onset from the male hose connection that attaches to the inflow tube on the reel. I swapped out numerous washers, applied teflon tape, etc., to the connection to try and stop the leaking, but to no avail. I had a suncast reel prior to this one for a number of years that was much better built and more durable. This replacement was basically the same model, but I can only echo the sentiments of the others that the quality has certainly diminished. It is flimsy and made with cheap plastic parts with a very limited lifespan. Maybe be o.k. with use for lighter hoses, but not the heavy duty ones. I'll be looking for another brand.
