(More customer reviews)I needed a hose reel for a smaller type back porch- just to water flowers. I needed a reel that was not astronomical in price nor one that took up much room. I had read about leaking from these but not mine the connection was great, washers were included. It does reach the 20' span of the porch and it reels in quickly. My old hose was left out over the winter and trying to use it was impossible with all the kinks. This is easy enough and small enough I can store it in the garage over the winter. The hose is smaller in circumference 1/2 " rather than 3/4". The connection to the house was great, however when I tried to pot a nozzle on the other end it was too small to connect properly. So far I am unable to find a spray nozzle for it. Help! If anyone knows where I can get one or rectify the problem please advise. You get what you pay for in the end. The price of both the hose and reel already put together was unbeatable. Julie
